If i had to state some good things about ISM it still wouldnt be enough, but here goes:

1. Jhankar - An interschool event thats held in october every year and hostel by ISM. You get to meet people from different schools, interact and compete with them. (And thou weve won the trophy lots of times we always give it away as Ism believes in being fair)

2. The annual sports meet held every year where athletes within the school compete from different houses and lead their houses to victory. (The unity displayed during this particular event is overwhelming, expecially during the marchpast).

3. Apart from this, There was the rockfest that was conducted back in 2010-11 which waas an absolute success.

4. This school also organises summer and winter trips, to Manali Darjeeling etc and different countries as well.

5. This school also has a german exchange program.

6. Mr Sunny, one of the best Vice principals Ism has had. He wasnt a sadist and believed in warning students rather than punishing them for stuff.

7. The staff, few lecturers who really pushed our buttons (but for our own good) and some who taught exceptionally. Most of the lecturers were chilled out and spoke to us in a playful manner.

8. Hot food corner. This isnt part of Indian school Muscat, but is just outside the campus, a small food joint where most of the students sit in packs and grab their regular chips sandwich or a burger.

9. And alas the list goes on and on but i would like to conclude saying that being part of Indian School Muscat itself was an acheivement for me as i met wonderful people, made wonderful memories and lived carefree. Which is something i dont get to do now in college
